Easy job, you should monitoring the system to insure no errors pop up.

Cons

My position was a night shift one from 7pm to 7am, working alternating schedules. The day shift positions were only given to senior employees who been with the company for a long time.

Pay scale is 20 years behind, management cuts corners even at the expense of productivity and safety, management is completely disengaged, if you desire work life balance you must force it, management slow to praise- quick to scold, management makes job more difficult than it needs to be.
