      Some great people, let down by bad mis-management in some parts of the business.

      Pros

      Nice office environment, great HR team, some really nice people. Work can be varied and interesting. Good social aspect of the job

      Cons

      Work can sometimes be rushed and consequently the quality suffers. Bizarre tendency to outsource key parts of the business to sub-par companies. Not much chance of career progression or reasonable pay rise.
