      Benefits, flexible hours, and good experience and guidance from direct managment. Great place to start gaining work experience where you have the opportunity to expand on your current skill sets within IT and Software/Systems Engineering.

      Cons

      Restrictions of the industry as a whole hampers technological innovation. Despite merger still silo-ing between departments within IT and Software/Systems Engineering. No clear direction from upper-management but it has improved since the merger. Pay is below industry standards.
