Very toxic environment and poor management overall. The expectation on the schedule coordinator is out of this world and then you are made to feel like an absolute failure if you cannot cover a shift. Management will get mad at you if you can’t do an hours workload in 5 minutes and they also expect you to drop everything you’re doing so you can do something for them (which, might I add, can just be put in an email for you to upload later as it’s not top priority) Always told you can ask for help and then made to feel useless when you do ask. Also management will be nice to your face but then backstab and complain about you to higher management without talking to you first about their concerns.

The job had a very corporate feel to it, where something as simple as a time card correction was a complex maze of bureaucracy.
