Very good management and supports their staffs Flexible working hours and good to work if someone wants to upgrade their skills

Pros

Commissions structure was nice. If you did the work and put in your calls you could average 700-1200 a month off season. Most agents averaged 300 month commissions.

Cons

They were new to Medicare. With that being said there were a lot of growing pains! The leads came from transferred unsolicited and very often hostile callers. This really takes the right personality to flip these callers to clients. That was the number one complaint among agents. They dumped most agents after AEP.....
