Ihc has good benefits and they are flexible with scheduling. Management us good.

Cons

The pay is very low. The career opportunities are scarce. Nice place but its a short term position in my opinion.

Close to home and the benefits were ok.

Cons

The pay was terrible. Too much gossip. If you are not religious, you will NEVER fit in. And if you don't sleep around, forget any promotion. Sleeping with a doctor will get you anything you want.
