You are given a guaranteed 40 hours a week. There are opportunities for overtime hours as well so there's a chance to make a decent living.

Cons

Wages are my only problem. If the hourly wage was around 15 dollars an hour, it would be much more desirable.

I got the best training at this company than I did from the large or small security companies. The pay is not up to the company its up to the property manager. Anytime someone complains about a company you know that guard did something wrong.

Cons

i would like to see this company take over other accounts i have worked at and make things better.
