Pros

It is a company where you can grow, take responsibility and develop. It is a global comapany even though their values are very tied up to swedish

Cons

The work is not very flexible, you have to follow a strict schedule. The work within the comapny can differ very much depending on management and tasks. The work in the restaurant is very hectic while the work in the department store itself is very relaxing.

Pros

- management style - constant work on development of employees, good talent management - lots of great benefits - Swedish corporation culture that makes work less stressful

Cons

With such amounts of employees it is easy to get stuck under glass ceiling. Salaries could sometimes be higher, tendency to stick with minimal wages.
