Pros

Good co-workers, good starting wage for part-timers, applicants looking for their first jobs are welcomed

Cons

- Management was disorganized, did not take into account that some employees were attending school - higher-ups tend to look down on and ignore feedback from certain departments - Open-door policy if you have connections
