Pros

Good teamwork with the other employees, the give you a nice word/peptalk when you need it, there is room for fun when the work is slow and everybody helps when there is a lot to do

Cons

In the cashline one have to stand up for a long time, the breaks are timed and you have to be back on time. Sometimes you have to bow down to find the barcode, even move heavy merchandise and the customers can be very ungrateful

Pros

The companies values and morals are strong and the skills learned here can be transferred to many other companies given the opportunity. The atmosphere and the coworkers are friendly and management really tries hard to use the companies values in their everyday work.

Cons

Outside management is micro managing all stores and lacking in IKEA culture and values; asking managers to defy their morals with decisions made over their heads.
