Pros

People focused culture. No ego or hierarchy. The best company I've worked for in 20 years of retail!

Cons

Not all departments are customer service focused. This can be a challenge in my role.

Pros

Pays more than comparable stores with the same position; great work climate, amazing social benefits, everyone is approachable, CAN DO attitude, customer is actually king, cheap food for staff, xmas present, xmas money, holiday money, .... what more do you want.

Cons

Shift work (but doesn't really work otherwise) You don't get THAT much more if your a team leader, need to go higher up the rank most beautiful uniforms :D
