Pros

Even part-time coworkers can receive benefits, which is awesome. The company itself treats you really well. It's like they realize retail is horrible and want to make it as easy for you as possible. I also find that the other coworkers are usually great and a lot of fun to work with. There's rarely people I can't stand working with.

Cons

Dealing with the public. This is the biggest one. There's no really effective way for me to describe how terrible this is. Also, coworkers are given goals to try and achieve throughout the year. Sometimes these goals aren't bad, but other times they can be completely ridiculous. Plus it's hard to even work on them to begin with since you usually have other more urgent things to do.

Pros

Benefits are out of this world good if you’re FT from cheaper than average health/dental/vision to Christmas parties and sick time as well as an average accumulation of PTO of 2-weeks worked: 1.5-days PTO Company strives to be inclusive and sustainable Chances for learning and growing so long as you don’t intend to stay in one area to accomplish it

Cons

Managers often are treated as untouchable even when they’re wrong. “Favorites” are promoted and become “co-worker of the month” over and over even when lesser known employees are nominated. Managers often fail to listen to long time employees causing problems within the department and a lack of trust. Micromanaging is a huge problem in food.

Pros

Excellent people. Many of the people in the building are awesome. The night shift is the only shift that you have set hours, not set days but set hours. Many coworkers stay for the benefits and the longer you've been there the better the pay gets. If the store meets its sales goal for the year then you get the bonus. but from what I hear the store has only got the bonus 3x in the last decade.

Cons

Most (not all) of management in the building kind of sucks. It's a lot of people that some how failed up constantly fail to meet their goals due to lack of knowing what they should be doing. Many coworkers are unhappy. turnover is high.
