Pros

This company has been a pretty good place to work as I have been there for about a decade. The benefits are great and the advancement opportunities are plentiful.

Cons

Incompetence isn't dealt with in a timely fashion. It is typically just endured.

Pros

Working to develop your team to the next level in their career. Working in teams and partners to come up with goals and achieve those goals. Endless opportunities to grow and learn in the company.

Cons

Onboarding routine is not in place, which can leave you lost. Other shopkeepers working on different levels, making the onboarding confusing and the true direction of a shopkeeper unclear.
