Terrible Place To Work

Pros

Direct reports were amazing individuals and talented at their jobs.

Cons

Management is old school, department heads have no value of their expertise and are regularly disregarded in their opinion. Production personnel have more say in maintenance practices than maintenance staff. Plant engineering is non existant. Safety is non existant, reactive safety culture rather than pro active. Safety is seen as inconvient by management and workers are fearful of their jobs.
