Desperate for a job then this is the company for you

Cons

Continual fighting among workers. There products are not made properly. If you take anything to HR they laugh at you because they know nothing will come of your complaints.

Decent pay, but that is all I can honestly say about this company that is a positive. Unless you are out of work and desperate do NOT work for IKO.

Cons

Management yells at production and our safety concerns are laughed at. Community demographic is not fairly represented, a lot of Spanish speaking on the intercom.
