      Pros

      Benefits ,large company good products the service department is well respected and tenure is in the 20 plus year range.

      Cons

      Low base pay, no expenses, the company is highly touted for their training, but go overboard, many times training gets in the way of sales time in the field. to cut enpenses training is now done locally.

      Pros

      The benefits are ok since it's a large corporation. Many of the people I worked with were very nice.

      Cons

      At least for me, I was not compensated fairly for the work that I was expected to do. In my position at least, we were given all the blame when something went wrong but none of the reward when things went right.

      Pros

      good people, good work balance culture, but they do that so they can pay you alot less then the market.

      Cons

      poor pay, little advancement opportunities, top mgmt receives 99% of the benefit for the sweat equity of the line workers. middle management largely incompetent in my opinion. because they pay so far under the market, they can't get qualified managers to come work for them, so the whole place suffers. plus, the company mood or culture is terrible. higly negative cynical place to work I found. Nobody wants to work in a place like that. don't go to work here if you are interested in building a career.
