* Good pay and very good benefits * Good potential for exceeding quota and OTE * Extensive onboarding * Strong services and leader in the industry * Great sales management leaders * Good technology tools to support the sales process and efforts * Occasional good sales training

Cons

* Selling a mature product in a saturated market; must have strong value prop * Leadership is focused on lagging indicators (sales results) with little focus on leading indicators (prospecting methods, sales messaging, role plays, etc.) * Most sales processes and messaging is different from one sales team to another * Be prepared for many changes from Autodesk
