A Job Worth Doing as the One I Am Enjoying
Pros
Working "at" IMAGINiT is more like working "with" the team. At just over a year into a great career here, I enjoy the interactions that I get to have with clients that become more like team members to me. Taking this position, when I did, was a logical step forward in my career as I was doing a mix of production work and creating solutions for clients. Now, I do so with a wealth of talent and expertise on my team and across a greater spectrum of project types and client specialties. Within the company culture, I have not yet met anyone who was not willing to assist with helping a colleague in various ways. I work with an awesome team!
Cons
If a "downside" could be described, it would be that, in traveling so much, my personal life is pretty mobile, therefore limited to my immediate surroundings in various places. Even this side of things has morphed from occurring at such a high percentage to gradually happening at a more manageable level since I do find myself able to apply solutions more locally or regionally.
