      Pros

      So many Pros working with IMAGINiT. I had no experience working in this industry and through the help of training, mentors and hard work I was able to not only learn the industry but excel in it. The company leaders care about the employees and always look to help in any way they can. Will your CEO do that for you? If someone like me who had no experience in this industry can go to Presidents Club the first year, you can to. At IMAGINiT you are family, everyone is there to lend a helping hand.

      Before completing this form, I took a couple days to think of cons. I could not think of anything. It's simple, IMAGINiT is a great place to work.

      Pros

      Great company to grow your skill set. Great environment to learn from colleagues and clients. Supportive management with high expectations. Very professional work environment.

      Cons

      The travel can be tough f you have that kind of role. Often still stuck teaching topics you do not enjoy or have little value. So many technologies to keep up with, if you are good then you'll be really really busy, probably can't do much else and can hurt work/life balance.
