Pros
Since there is alot of turnover and old mess. So alot of learning.
Cons
Finance leadership is worse. They want you to be on call 24 7. They would treat you without comapssion. They wont pay employee more but pay contractors more than 2x. CFO would stop people from taking snaks home but they expect you to work from home.
