Pros
The company offers alot and there are some real exciting opportunities in other departments.
Cons
High turnover in the finance dept, disorganized. Leadership team isn't very engaged in their duties and their attitude spill over into the rest of the team. Finance team is old school big 4 accountants who've lost touch with what a modern workplace should be.
