      Pros

      Very active in communication within departments and cross-department. Great employee perks.

      Cons

      The company could use a bit more diversity. Naturally, their budget is tight so getting merit raises within the year (not annual bonus) is not a thing for the company.

      An atmosphere of bullying

      Pros

      Some of the workers were nice people.

      Cons

      Upper management is rude and belittling to employees. Bullying is ignored and tolerated. There are no "living documents" so all information is disseminated through tons of emails from all diffferent individuals. An email nightmare!
