interesting business field. high educated staff. salary better than average. technically advanced. global corporation. money oriented. sporty people that stay fit. parties. playroom.

Cons

zero planning skills on management side. little communication between management and staff. managament is overmighty. no workers council. many newbies and fresh graduates. zero experimenting possible, especially for quantitative traders - stiff. money oriented.

Good Learing and training ground. MNC with mainly chinese... Possible for travelling and they willing to pay you better after u are back 2nd round

Cons

Too many ppl in the top management that is thinking, but too little ppl on the ground working. Ppl outside are always smarter than those "loyal" to them
