The company is small enough that it's usually easy to get good ideas implemented without having to go through layers of management. The management style is quite flat and there isn't a cast system where different classes of people are treated better or worse, e.g. business vs development.

The offices have quite distinct styles, e.g. Chicago goes for graduates mainly, Amsterdam is more political but has more people you can learn from etc., so one location may suit you better than another.
