Very flexible Opportunity to grow (sky is the limit) if you show initiative and have real talent, even for very young staff members...(in one case a Junior trader rose to head of trading in a couple of years) Fun yet competitive environment with great perks Very talented colleagues

Some management may be a bit out of touch, particularly upper level
