      Pros

      I am a current employee and enjoy coming to work everyday because of how well IMC takes care of their employees, the amazing colleagues I get to work with and the interesting/challenging work that is never static. Perks are great and there is a great community feel within the company. There seems to be a bigger focus now on work/life balance as well. By far this is the best place I have ever worked and cannot imagine a better place to be!

      Cons

      The only real con I can think of is the demand on each person to always produce at their absolute best - you put on many hats here and need to be on top of your game to keep up. You will be pushed to reach higher, but that can also be seen as a pro as well.

      - Working on new cool technologies - Every day is a little different so it keeps me on my toes - Enjoy the people on my team and like working with them - Learning more and more with passing month. - Travel to other offices in Europe and APAC
