Friendly culture, easy to get along with people, hard to get fired. tech is really good, solid practices, top-level execution means there is lenience in your pricing

Cons

lack of knowledge base to push for new revenue conservative management makes it hard to push new ideas through hilarious lack of profit sharing, which is increasingly important in a company where management has shown to be more interested in increasing total company PnL rather than PnL per head (this is semi-explicit).
