- Amazing perks and benefits - Value people's opinions, regardless of hierarchy - Grown a lot but still keeps the entrepreneurial and innovative spirit - We are a team, and the firm acts as one daily - You will never be bored; I have been here 15 years and I am still learning every day

Cons

This is an awesome place to work; it may not be perfect all the time but I don't think there are any cons that really justify being written here. It is a place they expect you to work hard and be challenged, so as long as you are up for that, this place will give you tons of experience and help you grow in your career quickly.
