This commitment is evident through various channels, including monthly updates, regular messages from our management team, and town hall meetings featuring our senior leaders, among other initiatives. Our continued effort in the areas of openness, collaboration, and trust is also reflected in our 2022 company-wide engagement survey results, where the statement “IMC has a great culture” received a 92% favorability score. The statement “IMC is a great place to work” received a score of 96%. With respect to your comment regarding the removal of negative Glassdoor reviews, this is something the content moderation policies of Glassdoor do not allow.
