Cons

Nothing to comment. What I find with IMC is that they always welcome new ideas, and invest a lot of time to ensure you have the right opportunities to continue your growth.

Some of the people are brilliant and excellent to work with.

Cons

Some of the teams are a joke, using flawed data sources and inaccurate metrics. They choose whether to support your career based on politics, not quality of work. They give you busy work that holds you back from making them money, and then blame you for their bad ideas.
