Over the midyear, our Leadership Team traveled to each IMC office to update employees about our organization's direction and ambitions. This included our global strategy for the next four years. Subsequently, we've held local Town Hall meetings to dive deeper into our 2026 strategy – how it was set, what the main stories are, and what it means specifically for each US-based team. To reinforce these messages, we also discuss how we're progressing against our goals during our monthly updates, led by our Managing Director.
