      -Great opportunity to collaborate across teams -Opportunity to learn whatever you want as long as you get your primary responsibilities done -Energetic employees that are fun to work with -Overall positive atmosphere

      Cons

      Some weeks a lot of hours need to be put in, but that is expected in this industry.

      Great place to work with smart people

      Pros

      - Recent grads are given lots of responsibility much earlier than at other trading firms - Lots of independence and ability to determine your own direction at the company - Good technology - Work with exceptionally smart people so that it is easy to learn from the best within and outside of your job function. A lot of mentoring - Work hard, play hard environment, fast paced and challenging work

      Cons

      - Expectations are high - Work-life balance isn't great. Everyone is passionate about work which can make hours long - The company seems pretty to new to being this size. A lot of the managers seem to be new to people management and learning pieces of it on the job.

      Terrible comp and super political

      Lots of events and free food

      Cons

      Terrible non transparent comp, will fire whole teams for budgetary reasons. Will just screw you on bonus instead of fire you. Dont care abt ppl at all
