I am a current employee and enjoy coming to work everyday because of how well IMC takes care of their employees, the amazing colleagues I get to work with and the interesting/challenging work that is never static. Perks are great and there is a great community feel within the company. There seems to be a bigger focus now on work/life balance as well. By far this is the best place I have ever worked and cannot imagine a better place to be!

Cons

The only real con I can think of is the demand on each person to always produce at their absolute best - you put on many hats here and need to be on top of your game to keep up. You will be pushed to reach higher, but that can also be seen as a pro as well.

Im on the IT side and can say that this company truley values each person and wants to offer them a path to maximize their abilities. Strong work/life balance. Ample training options. Fantastic benefits and perks. Competitive pay and bonus.

Cons

It is sometimes difficult to organize yourself as requirements change frequently. However, that's the nature of trading.
