We work in a very competitive environment. We would need our employees to put in 8 hours of work time. If we do not, we will not survive. Employees will also have option to take up another job. Many companies are failing because they are not getting enough productivity.

Our office capacity is 100. In USA staffing, this a good number. If we get good performance, we would definitely grow. We are in one of the finest building in Ahmedabad. I am not sure how power to run the company can be given to everyone. The office head and delivery heads will run the operations. Individual employees have the power to express their opinions and heard.
