When unlimited freedom is given, it is constantly misused. There are people who go for 2-3 hours of lunch and do not produce results. 1. Office hours are 9 per day with 1 hour of breaks. 2. 20 minutes of flex start every day. 3. 40 minutes of flex start if you are travelling more than 40 Kms. 4. 1-hour late start allowed in a month. Which company is giving unlimited freedom to come and go at any time?
