      - Founder (Col Needham) is a nice guy, tries to keep IMDb feeling grassroots and connects with all new employees - Much less intense than main Amazon, but with all the same compensation

      Pros

      IMDb is an excellent environment to work in, I can't emphasize that enough. The management tends to care about their people, and the CEO is great and very involved in the business. IMDb is his baby and he genuinely cares, which spreads out to the leadership style of the rest of the team. I highly recommend this company.

      Cons

      IMDb is a part of Amazon which means it is subject to return to office mandates, and they are taking it very seriously. Depending on the team you get assigned to, you may be working with an older stack, although the majority of IMDb is now modernized.
