Pros

Huge variety of projects with all material types Lots of project management experience on smaller projects Management will ask for your input on what you want to work on

Cons

Workload can be overwhelming, especially juggling many smaller projects Not many employee-recognition events Lack of organization and resources within the company for calculations and drawing preparation Smaller projects involves less focus on the technical side of engineeering and more on coordination between architects, drafters, and other disciplines

Pros

Nice office location, in the heart of DTLA.

Cons

Everyone was always so overwhelmed, worked overtime, had too many projects coming in, never was really taught how to do things but a lot was expected.
