The place to be if you are a hard-core economist interested in trying to do some good for countries in bad shape rather than make big bucks in banks (you will still earn a comfortable living!).

Cons

Despite ongoing efforts, still bureaucratic, lack of prospects, and not the place to go for work-life balance.
