Great place to kickstart your career, not so for sustaining it
Pros
Flexible and inclusive company, there is no drama here everyone respects each other from top to bottom. Many opportunities for growth and you are encourage to take the lead and create processes and systems to help benefit the internal teams. Great client portfolio given big name thus great for newcomers looking to build a nice portfolio of big name projects. Non monetary benefits is pretty good with dental and health screening covered for insurance.
Cons
There is a lot of handons work which is great for learning and if you are a fresh graduate and looking to create some impact, but for someone that might be looking at the next stage or more sustainable roles in their career this might not be the right fit. Given recent merger of their businesses across the world a lot of additional thankless work ended up thrown onto the Asia offices and that thus leaves less recognition on the work and effort on the stuff that actually helps or impresses our clients. Compensation is not the most competitive but they try not to underpay you below market rate but that means you might not get fairly compensated based on how hard you work.
