Awesome people to work with on the production teams - The people outweighed the pay. Worked for several programs while I was there and all the teams worked incredibly hard for each other getting programming out the door. Personally had a lot of progression in the time i was there with a promotion every 1.5 years basically.

Cons

A little low on the pay but not horrendous. Probably could do with some benchmarking for living cost in London to salary.
