Pros

In general it’s not so bad, but I’ll have to mark down. Luckily I had a good manager that was a good leader and respectful. From what I could see when people has lifestyle problems they were very accommodating.

Cons

Fridays were awful ! No one in and you start wondering what’s the point. The office was really quiet and not much happening. You could wonder around and the office is on their phones, on YouTube or watching TV. A woman I sat next too took the mick by coming in late on a regular basis to then sit in an office running their separate business and selling their children’s books. Senior managers that are never around this it’s very corporate at times. They do have a redundancy culture. For instance my job was outsourced to Eastern Europe. Cost cutting seems to be a frequent thing, be it partnerships in Eastern Europe or India. Or structural changes.
