Pros

Lot of possibilities to get experience across sports, and fashion and media all over the entire world. They have good assets.

Cons

Management was in transition and in some cases unqualified because of an impending sale and due to the chief executive officers illness.

Pros

number one in sport agency, strong reputation in the industry

Cons

Senior executives are too self confident and make mistakes. There is not in place a fair people review system. Each senior executive rules on his/her staff.
