Pros
Title says it, Lovely people. They are what make IMG such a nice place to work. middle mangement listen and help where they can, not too many big egos. Have really enjoyed my time at IMG so far. There are many oppertunies to grow, in training and your career.
Cons
Can't think of too many really. location of the stockley park office isn't wonderful thats the main thing. Because of this there isn't a big social scene as most people drive and dont really go out after working unless a real effort is made to do so.
