      - good exposure to the sports industry - literally learning and working with some of the smartest people ever - culture overall is very friendly - people are willing to help

      Cons

      - moved away from flexible working making it compulsory to come in 4 days a week - some of the account directors are very unprofessional and don’t know how to manage a successful team - salary progression can be slow - not very diverse
