The work is interesting, people are cool, freedom in terms of work, and you can brag to your friends. Generally good hours. Though the company is already huge, they're somehow growing even further.

Cons

Employees treated like they're dispensable, and it's clear with the high volume of turnover, that they're not too concerned about this. Executive(s) look down on junior members of the office. Pay is paltry.
