      Great learning experience, easy access to executives, open to let interns take on important tasks.

      Cons

      Every department is different - sometimes you definitely wish you worked in another department, but can't do anything to transfer.

      Management cares. Interesting clients. Co-Workers are educated and care. Room for promotion and growth if you work hard and prove you want to succeed.

      Cons

      Clients can be difficult to work with because of their egos. Like in any client services industry the client needs to always be made happy, that can be very stressful and demanding
