      allot of work, allot of hrs. very little time to do other things

      does not pay well, long hours, you dont get to make an any real decisions.

      Pros

      Working for a company like IMG provides access into the world's best corporations. True, it is typically only in a sponsorship context, but the individuals that you meet, the projects and the scope of work is exciting and vibrant.

      Cons

      I think the private equity employees initially hired by our Private Equity Owner may have marginalized the value of relationships and the value of client-based interaction. I think that has largely remedied itself.
