      Pros

      IMG has such a vast portfolio that you can work with many different industries, events and sports. There's always something interesting happening in the portfolio. The people are great to work with, very respectful. The pay is at par with expectations for the role. My role has a great work-life balance.

      Cons

      Bonuses, promotions and HR related details are not very transparent. There's not a very clear pathway to promotion and it's difficult to have those conversations. Work from home is almost non-existent and we are expected to come to the office 4 times a week.
