Fast onboarding, good interview stages, great snacks, office, breakfast, management teams and knowledge as the company is on a global scale and quite modern on the tech side.

Cons

Office routes can be difficult at times, chiswick especially.

Production in the UK is the poor cousin to all the other arms of the business. As such it is overlooked in every sense, despite people doing great work. This is demotivating.production is not a priority for the business.
