Pros

Connections to big name talent and talent agents, the name looks good on your resume—especially if you’ve had longevity with the company, access to NYFW The Shows, which are produced by IMG. IMG have very heavy hands in the fashion industry.

Cons

Very catty environment, HR is not your friend, pay discrepancies, very little work-life balance, can be very overwhelming. They do not give much grace for mistakes that can occur. Speaking up can cost you your job. Pay is laughable considering the cost of living.
